Pallav is an IT engineer turned digital marketer not by design but by choice and strategies. Comes from a small town - Lucknow, Pallav has grown up in Judicial environment surrounding judges and lawyers but wanted to carve his own path. He is a Digital & MarTech leader with 13+ years of experience driving digital transformation, CRM growth, omnichannel campaigns, marketing automation, CDP implementations, and customer experience strategy across Automotive, Fintech, FMCG, Consulting, and IT.
Education
Pallav is an IT engineer who has hands-on experience of coding when AI was not present :). He extensively worked on SDLC and Web applications, UI/UX designing projects before deciding to move into Management. He is an MBA graduate from IIM Indore with focus on Marketing and Digital tech.

Pallav brings 13 years of his over all corporate experience to mentor and coach individuals. He has worked across B2B and B2C industries both. He started his career from IT back in 2010 and since then worked in BFSI, Housing, FMCG, Consulting and Luxury cars Industries.

Pallav being an IT engineer has grasp of technology concepts and website designing which now a days has been automated using AI to a degree. He shares his experience of launching CRMs, CDP, MarTech ecosystems for brands and also a trainer for digital Marketing in companies.

What Pallav does beyond coaching is focussing on life and happiness, which he gathers from consistent workouts, eating healthy food and cooking various desi and continental dishes. Lastly, he is an avid PS5 gamer.
